 Today marks three years since I moved to this city as a student—a new girl in a new place who wasn’t even allowed to go out alone before. Suddenly, I found myself navigating unfamiliar streets, a new college, and unknown places all on my own. I still remember the first time I traveled by bus; it felt like the start of a big adventure. Along the way, I made a lot of friends and, yes, lost some too.
